What I love about your app is its super easy and to confirmation the order we have to slid which is best way to make sure we want to order no mistakes
One this I would like to ask you guys I had an issue last time with the order in app it was 348 RS for 1 kg biryani but actually it was half kg and I had to cancel the order and chat agent was dum enough to handle my frustration how ever I love you guys and always support you since you guys are local

Pathetic Application & Service

I had the worst experience with Cheetay. The application doesn’t give you correct delivery time, when I placed order it showed 30mins, then it became 50mins and then finally when it was 0min, I was waiting for order to arrive and then again delivery time started showing 40min. Please resolve your application issues. Don’t commit the time if you can’t deliver. I called helpline thrice and every time they said your rider is on its way. The restaurant was only 5min drive from my home. Pathetic service.
And after 2 hours when finally delivery guy came, he brought half order. When I said to give at least half that he brought, he said I can’t give it to u, you’ll have to wait, I’ll bring rest of your order. WoW. Is there anything that could be worst than this? You guys don’t know anything about customer experience.
I’ll never ever use this app and recommend everybody to not use it.

Unprofessional and intolerant behaviour of the rider.

Today I ordered food and the behaviour of rider was extremely rude and unprofessional and intolerant, he was misbehaving with me all the time , on phone and when he delivered, I had my address instruction and location mentioned on the app but he was keep asking me again and again the house number and on very first call I told him my house number but he was calling me again and again and was asking my house number and when he reached he told me that I have wasted his mobile balance on phone calls, company should take strict action against such employees. Although Food was good and warm. Service was quick and order was accurate but the only thing which disappointed me was the rider’s rude behaviour.
